Desktop & Laptop Computer Service Center

This service is for individuals and families. If you are having problems with your laptop, desktop or other computer equipment SANDIY is here to help you.

The Service Center is equipped to diagnose and repair all computer desktop and laptop problems. Our English speaking Account Representatives will work with you to diagnose any problems you may have over the phone, and then, if needed, you can drop off your PC for repair, or arrange for pickup and delivery of the PC.

Alternatively, you can arrange for a home visit*.

All repairs are conducted after an Initial General Diagnosis# and no work will be started until after we have given you a repair estimate and you agree to the work. Troubleshooting and repair can be conducted either on an emergency or time availability basis, depending on your needs.

With all of our repairs, we apply a customized warranty and we are proud to say that we stand firmly behind the quality of our work.

The Service Center is centrally located in HanDan Rd near to SongHuaJiang Rd.

* Home visits will be charged at a minimum of one hour labor plus transport.

# Diagnosis has a minimum charge of 380RMB, this is refundable if SANDIY proceed with any repair work.
