Voice Over Internet Proxy (VOIP) direct call service, supplied by SANDIY as an agent of CNC and China Telecom, provides a more economical alternative to direct dialing national and international telephone numbers via standard China Telecom services or via IP scratch cards. Through VOIP, savings of up to 70% can be made on international and local phone calls.

How to make a VOIP direct phone call through a single line

Dial 17931 + international access + country code + area code + phone number

For example: To call the telephone number 12345678 in Shanghai, China:

Dial 17931 + 021 + 12345678

To call the telephone number 937-5258 in Texas, America:

Dial 17931 + 00 + 1 + 361 + 937-5258

Corporate Users with PBX systems can use an Auto Dialer that automatically dials the access code so the user just dials the normal phone number. Auto-dialers can also be fitted to fax lines

VOIP direct calls are specially tailored for business use and home use. It provides a clear and high quality long distance telephone service while helping to minimize your telephone service fees.

Substantial savings over the standard China Telecom services can be made on international calls as well as national calls. (See the table above)

You can control your phone budget by setting a limit to your VOIP direct call service. Once you reach that limit, your service will be automatically paused so that you can efficiently monitor your expenses.

No devices, telephones or extra telephone lines are required, nor do you have to change your existing telephone line in order to activate and avail of the service. As mentioned above, an auto dialer is an optional extra. The auto dialer makes the service 'invisible', so you do not have to remember to dial the IP service access number prior to dialing your desired telephone number.

There is no need to enter long account numbers or PIN codes to access the service.

Unless a cost control limit is set on your service, it will not 'run out' as an IP card will, nor will you be suddenly cut off due to insufficient credit as on an IP card.

VOIP service can be used for both voice and facsimile calls and can be activated within 24 - 48 hours after your application has been completed.

Service Costs and Payment

An initial setup fee of 200 RMB per line applies, regardless of how many lines you wish to apply to service.

A minimum deposit of 2,000 RMB to activate the service on one or two lines is required. A further deposit of 1,000 RMB is applicable on every other line on which the service is required. This deposit is fully refundable upon termination of services and settlement of all outstanding bills.
